Crapies keeps stealing my worms, right off the hook so I put on the
trebble hook to try to snag then there still stealy my nightcrawler
right off the hook. Any suggestions?

Are you sure they are not bluegill? could be using too big of a hook. Also try the small hooks with the double barbs on them.

Im almost sure it is a Crapies, but it might be a Bluegill where is the barb at the back of it on the spine of the hook?

Hey why not try crappie fishing.If they have been the problem in catching other species, you might as well catch them. I heard its a hell of fun.
