i usually go fishing with a walkman. my children say there's this ipod i can get used to bringing, but i just prefer my good ol' walkman. does anyone else go fishing with some music?

i listen to any kind of music, depending on my mood and the time of the day. At night, I usually listen to acoustic music, something that's relaxing to the ear.

I have on my ipod a list of songs ranging from mainstream jazz to alternative rock. When I fish, the songs that I listen to really depends on how I feel on the specific time of the day... So, anything goes for me..

well,. i think listening to music while fishing gives us a lesser chance of catching fish because our attention is divided! i do that too. so i listen to classical music, in a way, te volume wont affect my feel on the nylon!

yeah..i dont know anyone who can fish with rock musc plugged in his ears except for the two up there.

rock music for fishing..i dont know about that man. Maybe if youre on a boat. But if you were onj a boat fishing with loud rock music..that means theres booze as well. And all those things really lessen the chances of catching fish. So..i dont know what youre saying man or maybe i dont know what youre trying to catch. hahahha

When I am fishing at a lake I do not listen to music because where I fish, don't want anything with big teeth sneaking up on me. But when I fish on the boat, I have my I pod plugged in to a set of speakers pumping out Blues, rock, country,and even rap.I catch the same amount of fish with or without music!

yeah i love music! I usually use my ipod while fishing. It gives me more comfortable feeling when listening to my favorite music.

Fishing is music and music is fishing. For me, they're both giving excitement and great feelings. Rock on fishing.LOL
