Certainly compatibilitu is important, Ive noticed for some years that people no matter how hard i try to get along its always a struggle but with others its an absolute breeze. And beong on boat all day with someone is easily separate the sheeps from the goat.

Same here, compatibility is really important. If you enjoy the presence of your fishing partner then you won't have any problems.

Trust. When you are out on the water with your fishing buddy your life is in their hands. If you do not trust them you should find a new one you can trust. Have fun on the water. Respect is huge as well.

Yeah Trust is the most important thing in fishing. You should trust your partner and believe that you can catch more fish when you're both together.

Yeah for me compatibility is the most important thing to have a good relationship with your partner. You and your partner must be transparent to each other to avoid conflicts in your decisions.
