The fly is an aerodynamic fish-hitting machine. The beauty
of the Surf candy is its versatility. Tie them in hook sizes down to
number 6’s for small trout and sheepheads and all the way up to 4/0 for
black fin tuna, sharks, and smaller yellow fin. You can tie them in any
color combination imaginable and even use them on the windiest of days
when big bulky flies have big bulls eyes painted right between your
shoulder blades. Never leave the dock without four surf candies tied in
green and white, two chartreuse and white, and one blue and white.
