Im writing from Utah where I live, but I may be going in Fairbanks for
a business trip this march. I am wondering if there is any chance for
any fishing actions at that time. Here in Utah ice fishingh is just
shutting down but I dont know much about Alaska. Does anyone fish in
Alaska at that time of the year?

I lived in Northpole just outside of fairbanks near Eielson AFB there
are small lakes to fish in that area but its quite a drill (2+feet) I
have had time where I needed extensions on the auger to get thru>; my
favorite winter fishing is running set line for burbouts of the river.

Thanks for the information I had given hope of getting any sort to the
reply in my query. In fact i dont think any alaskan fisherr where still
alive.
