  Lavictoire Wins Fishing League Event Thomas Lavictoire of Vermont won the Wal-Mart Bass Fishing League Empire Division event in 1000 Islands last weekend. Lavictoire got $4,359 and an additional $1,000 for being the top Ranger Cup participant.
