There will be professionally run tournaments for the weekend angler on February 4, 2007 at Lake Keowee, SC which will feature a series of seven tournaments. All tournaments will be fished at Gap Hill landing. Season ends with Championship Tournament will win $10,000 guaranteed for first place.
Southern Anglers will pay 80% of each tournament entry back to the tournament field.

Fishing Boat Struck by Lightning, Injures Two |

A fishing boat out looking for bait was struck by lightning, injuring two of the crew and causing extensive damage to the boat, according to www.haveeru.com.
The boat ‘Raastha’ from Thaa atoll Vilufushi was struck by lightning last Saturday. The two injured were Massood Mohamed, 43, and Ibrahim Ameez, 16.
