	Primarily using a "comfort technique", Dean Rojas of Lake Havasu, Ariz., caught 17 pounds, 9 ounces, of Oneida Lake largemouth Friday and took the lead at the Bassmaster Memorial presented by Evan Williams Bourbon. 	The Philippine Navy recently restraint illegal fishing activities along the Celebes Sea and captured 23 fishing vessels in the area.
